2017 Cancellation Policy...

​Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat or training for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers, etc. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

IF YOU CANCEL THE RETREAT:

• 90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat OR training, you receive: Full refund minus a administration fee of 20% of the retreat/workshop cost.
• 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:  50% credit of the cost of the full retreat/training goes toward another Sage Center Retreat/Training within 12 months.  50% will be retained as a non-refundable cancellation fee.
• 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:  no refunds or credits will be given.
• To cancel, you must send an email stating that you wish to cancel to: [email protected]
• IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE RETREAT You will receive as much notice as possible, and a full refund (or full credit toward the next available retreat).  Please make sure you know your hotel and airline's cancellation policies before you book your travel.  We are not responsible for the cost of your travel cancellation fees in the event this retreat is canceled.​
