Tour Includes:
• All ground transportation including pick up at Toulouse Airport August 1st and drop off back at Toulouse Airport Thursday August 7th.
One flies from US city of departure SEPTEMBER 7TH 2016 to Paris and then from Paris to Toulouse (usually Air France to Toulouse) the day after August 1st.
• Includes all expenses and accommodations at the retreat, all breakfasts, diners and picnics, … Lunches and drinks not include.
• All entry fees, and special presentations
• Does not include roundtrip airfare from USA to France.
Flight Arrangements Coming Soon: All flights must arrive at Toulouse, France airport by August 1st before noon. Departure from US is the day before, Sept 7th. For return flight to USA, DO NOT schedule flights leaving Toulouse Airport before noon on Sept 16th or Sept 17th .
Travel Documents: Valid passport plus a Xerox copy to take with you in case passport is lost.
Baggage and Clothing: One small piece of luggage, plus one carry-on only. Max. Size: 24” x 13”x 10” – preferably with wheels.
NO LARGE BAGGAGE because we need to fit everyone’s bags in the van.
* A backpack is useful for day trips.
*Bring Sacred Objects, Sound Tools if you can.
*Wear comfortable walking shoes and layered clothing, including a jacket and sweater for morning and evenings. Include a lightweight rain proof poncho or an umbrella.

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat or training for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers, etc. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

IF YOU CANCEL THE RETREAT:
- 90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat OR training, you receive: Full refund minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the retreat/workshop cost.
- 30-90 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: 50% credit of
- the cost of the full retreat/training goes toward another Sage Center Retreat/Training within 12 months. 50% will be retained as a non-refundable cancellation fee.
- 0-30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive: no refunds or credits will be given.
